Hello, if you have a lost or stolen in-game password, you can recover it by making a new thread, please describe how you lost the password (Please let us know if you think the password was stolen by anyone). Please, do not wait until the next day to submit a password recovery, as you have an estimated 12 hours until character files are updated. What does this mean? It means if your account was stolen and items are missing, but you submitted within the 12 hour period, we could take the old character file and replace it with your current one (Giving us your previous items back).
Note: We can see your Ip you last logged in from, so any attempt to recover items you may have lost from your own fault, will be tracked.
If you or we suspect your account has been stolen, we will take further measures in the recovery process. If your account was stolen, there might be an extended amount of time for password recovery due to the fact we will be attempting to find the person responsible for the action.
After we've reviewed your post, and confirmed you are the original owner, (An administrator), will send you a link (Via Private message).
